Welcome to SEO Forecasting Tool (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including any apps, tools, widgets, and APIs we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

  • When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2) Subscriptions, Billing & Trials

  • Some features are offered on a paid subscription basis (“Plan”). Prices, features, and limits are listed at checkout or on our pricing page.

  • Auto-renewal: Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal.

  • Free trials: If offered, trials convert to a paid Plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

  • Taxes: Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period.

3) License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, host, sublicense, or resell the Service or any part of it.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

  • Bypass security, rate limits, or usage caps.

  • Use the Service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities, including spam, scraping SERPs at scale through our infrastructure, or interfering with others’ use.

  • Upload or transmit malware or infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

4) Your Data & Third-Party Integrations

  • You may connect third-party services (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4) or upload content such as keywords, analytics, and conversion data (“Customer Data”).

  • You represent that you have all rights and permissions to provide Customer Data and authorize us to process it to deliver the Service.

  • Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their actions or availability.

  • You are solely responsible for your Customer Data’s accuracy, legality, and integrity.

5) Forecasts, Estimates & No Guarantees

Our outputs—forecasts, timelines, traffic estimates, and recommendations—are estimates only based on assumptions, market signals, and data you provide. SEO results are not guaranteed. External factors (algorithms, competitors, seasonality, site changes, etc.) can materially affect outcomes.

6) Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including software, design, models, interfaces, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by IP laws.

  • Feedback: If you send suggestions or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without restriction.

7) Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. We do not sell Customer Data. You control what you import, export, and delete.

8) Availability, Changes & Beta Features

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

  • Access to “beta,” “preview,” or “experimental” features is provided as-is and may be withdrawn without notice.

9) Confidentiality

“Confidential Information” means non-public information disclosed by either party that is marked or reasonably considered confidential. Each party will use the other’s Confidential Information only to perform under these Terms and will protect it with reasonable care. This section does not restrict disclosures required by law.

10) Compliance & Export

You must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, anti-spam, and export control regulations. You may not use the Service in jurisdictions where use is prohibited by law.

11) Termination

  • You may stop using the Service or cancel your Plan at any time (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle).

  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach or suspected misuse.

  • Upon termination, your license ends, but sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will continue.

12) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that forecasts or outputs will meet your requirements or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

14) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Customer Data; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Publicity

We will not publicly use your name or logo without your prior consent, except to list you as a customer in private sales conversations. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be effective on the date posted to the website (or a later effective date stated). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, the parties will try in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days after written notice.
